I bought this scanner because it was the lowest price scanner capable of reading all trouble codes, including ABS (anti-lock brakes), TCS (traction control), and other "non-engine" codes.

I find myself using this alot more than my other very expensive scanners

Its a good scanner but unfortunately most of the cars I scanned doesn't have the option for abs or airbags

But minus that this scanner is pretty much as good as a $2000 scanner

Blue Driver is much more handy and quicker than much more expensive scanners...when reading and clearing codes it has become my preferred method

For the price I guess it ok only difference between this and other cheaper generic scanners is this one also reads and clears abs and airbag codes on most vehicles not all of them but no data on this systems for engine data its just the typical generic data u can get with a 20 dollar scanner

its overpriced and 2 years later it no longer works they only offer 1 year warranty so thats $100 down the drain, your better off getting a cheaper scanner that will do the same thing.

I had been using a decent scanner that only took a snapshot of things at the time the CEL came on but this logger is so much more useful than that one

This is a very nice plug-n-play scanner and it is easier to setup than some of the WiFi OBDII scanners that look similar

I was fortunate enough to find my missing scanner still plugged in at the last car I scanned

easy to use, however it doesn't pick up my cars VIN so guessing its only for certain countries, truly hope the update the app and include coding as many of the other companies out there do with much cheaper OBD Wireless scanners.

My old odb2 scanner broke

For the features that you get and for the price that is comparable to the more expensive, dedicated OBD2 scanners, you really can't beat it

Ther are cheaper scanners, but they don't have all the features this one has

While I'm sure there are many expensive scanners on the market that might have been able to help me figure out the problem I was having, I am confident that all of them would have cost far more and been a lot harder to use.

Bought this to turn off my check engine light, but I couldn't get it to turn off the light (like many scanners are able to do and have done on my van)

It is unable, however, to read your odometer (not part of the OBD2 spec apparently), although the Ford service tech had a proprietary scanner that does read miles (not using GPS) directly from the car itself

I have recommended this scanner to others and have never regretted it

This little inexpensive OBDII scanner works great for those who want to diagnose their own vehicle and perform some repair at their own pace without spending thousands of dollars at the auto repair shops or the dealer

It can even do the abs systems for the major USA car manufacturers, GM, Chrysler and Ford, many of the more expensive scanners cant do that

This is the best OBDII scanner I have had yet.

I also have a $10 ELM bluetooth diagnostic scanner and frankly it works just as well when paired with Torque Lite smartphone app and some google searches on the code that your vehicle is throwing.

I brought my trusty BlueDriver scanner over and found that there was 1 isolated error code… a single misfiring cylinder

I forced a few codes on both cars and the scanner did detect and cleared them

After replacing the gas cap with a brand-new one failed to solve the problem (most common fix according to the internet), and not wanting to pay the out of warranty dealer diagnostic fee, I decided to pull the trigger on a nicer scanner

I have given this a 5 star rating due to reviews of different OBDII scan tools all across the automotive industry, price, mechanic recommendations (both on the Internet and those I have questioned) as well as for the ability to monitor as you drive and all of the vehicle

Would love to see the money back in my account, as I promise to throw this one in the e-waste recycler and never use it again.
