One of my favorite features is the ability to email the trouble codes to yourself.

This will scan every module of the car (obviously not to the detail of a scan tool 10-15x the price), but it punches well above its weight

Called the company for some extra troubleshooting on an ABS issue and was told I would hear back by email the next day

(I had to replace the whole radio/entertainment console when it stopped working a couple of years ago), and it also identified the ABS issue I was looking for
