I had other Bluetooth Headphone before, but my wife doesn't like it because of the band around the neck

Headphone is very comfortable and discreet, however in a small crowd or any type of even miminal noise distractions, the volume is insufficient.im not hard of hearing, I don’t listen to loud music, but just trying to have business conversations in any place other than a closed door room was difficult because sound could not be adjusted up significantly
