After having two faulty products (one whose plastic broke and one whose battery wouldn’t charge) i almost gave up, but the company’s customer service was very nice and sent me a third one free of charge just to make sure that my order finally came out correctly

The sound quality on this Bluetooth device is super good, and this product is totally worth buying for yourself, for family and friends, or just a gift.
