At first I worried about the retractable feature since you need to pull each cord all the way out for it to retract - I worried that over time the retractable feature would break and the cords would not retract all the way.

They started fine, but midway through a song they would stop working, either pausing for the phones smart feature that I had not asked for and not hit a button at all, or just shutting my music off mid-song for no reason

They're great for talking on the phone and are super comfortable and the retractable earphones are the best feature

But being able to turn them on and off is kind of an important feature.

The wire is such a small gauge it can't withstand the pulling force required with the retractable feature.

I already feel them not wanting to retract back into the neck piece as tight as when they came out of the box
