She has mentioned several times she enjoys the bass

However, sometimes people have hard time hearing me if i don't talk very loud, probably the sensitivity of mic is not to good

but 1st time I used these,the left ear bud wouldn't work then sporadically would go in and out

I returned the product because the first time I used the headphones to listened to music the sound was very choppy

Also, if you are a woman that gets their nails done you will have a hard time opening the cover to the charge port, I always have to find something thin enough to lift the cover.

It startles me every time
