Update: I am revising my rating on this product because of the stellar customer service that I received from Anker in an attempt to resolve my issue.

Not entirely hassle free in this sense, but it is still very heartening to know of a customer service team that I can trust on to back it’s own products.

(1)Really great customer services they replaced it with one is better it’s called pro , more good than the others the mic work fine in calls , but the most great thing that they want to you to be full satisfied and i thank anker for that

n’t fit in your ear properly and defeats the purpose
