So, Anker SoundCore Spirit Pro earphones – a well-designed, high quality, feature rich, acoustically pleasing product backed by outstanding customer service

The sound out of these is good, and the battery life is great too

I really like these, the sound is wonderful, great bass, good battery life, and materials are sturdy

I will change my score and update my review after talking to customer support to see if they have a fix for this issue as I am currently scared to use the headphones due to the extreme loudness if they do freak out as they do sometimes.

I love the magnets that hold them together around my neck when I’m not using them

I really like the magnets on the backs of the speakers, which are great to clip them around your neck when not in your ears or even just storing them when not in use.

The ear buds have a good build quality and the magnets in ear buds are a nice touch to keep them from tangling.

These buds are built well and the magnets are great, but the other issues are what make these earbuds harder to use for me

Really great pricing, comes with the same accessories as the Jaybirds, boasts the same battery life, and they fit really well.

I have been overall happy with my earbuds, they have delivered good sound for a decent price in a form factor I desired

It's not a terrible product but there are things that makes you hate the damn things

The fins have a VERY poor fit, and feel flimsy, especially compared to something like the Jaybirds

Also these buds come with an excess of accessories, so finding the right fit for you will not be a problem and they’re surprisingly comfortable

I find the fit to be very comfortable to the point that I forget about the earbuds during my 2.5 hours of cardio

Just try different combinations until you find the perfect fit

These headphones are a serious improvement to the anker soundbuds

I tested them in my backyard, and they held a good connection from a long distance

I have mowed my lawn in these headphones and didn't lose the connection once, which has been a huge problem with my old wireless earbuds, which are just 4.2 bluetooth.

A connection to my phone (Bluetooth 4.2) is solid (maybe 1 drop out every 3 hours or so), and now it's the only device I use these headphones with

But man, why can't the provided earbud gels work that way???Also, even though I appreciated a good build quality, for me, the heaviness of the earbud made it droop a bit.

Several times while using, I have heard extremely loud noises from the ear buds causing me to nearly collapse in pain

After my last update review of the SoundCore Spirit earphones, where I reported a serious problem with random, extremely loud screeching noise occurring without warning, I was contacted by Anker to resolve the problem

The audio quality is decent; however, when it's connected to a device that isn't playing audio, the earphones often emit a sort of low droning static noise

but unfortunately I get this extremely loud static noise out of both headphones after about a half an hour of use

I've always had good experiences with Anker products but this time I really feel like I wasted my money on these headphones
