Update: I am revising my rating on this product because of the stellar customer service that I received from Anker in an attempt to resolve my issue.

Not entirely hassle free in this sense, but it is still very heartening to know of a customer service team that I can trust on to back it’s own products.

They have more heft than the soundbud series so relatively rugged build + IPX7 waterproofing and as always, accompanied by Anker's outstanding warranty/customer service

I’m upgrading my review on the sport version to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service and also because it will still be a good choice for those that have an easier fit
