Digi-Life didn't like my two-star review and sent me an "updated" version of these headphones and heavily encouraged me to update my review to 4 or 5 stars.

Ok, so I originally negatively reviewed the product because the reel on one side stopped working

After posting a negative review of 1 because the headset I received only worked for 4.8 weeks , 4 days past the Amazon return window; the manufacture did reach out and sent me a replacement unit at no cost
