Excellent customer service, while at the same time the device effortlessly links up, the battery exceeds the advertised duration and the sound is better than expected.

FINAL EDIT: 6-23-2018The company offered and issued a refund for a product I found inferior, promptly and at their own suggestion raising my review to a 3 Star for good customer service.

Great great customer service!I'm sad to say that i bought these in July 2018 and its now September 25, 2018 and they broke where they fold

So I gave them five stars for the good product and the excellent service.

Any manufacture can produce a lemon, it is never fun as a consumer to purchase a lemon, if the company will replace the lemon with a working unit... that is one of the main hallmarks of great customer service
