Nice headset

Unfortunately it has been less than 3 months and this headset has stopped working on the left side

I love this headset I recommend charging fully for 3.5 hours first out of box

The headset is nice with convenient access around your neck.

I guess one plus of these headphones (and something that is clear from other reviews) is that customer service is very interested in making this a good experience by replacing failed headsets, but they are a little pushy by insisting on 4-5 star reviews

I would rather pay more money and have a good quality headset that really work as it should, than the troubles I have had with this cheaper one.

The headset broke the first time I put it on my neck

The controls were easy to see and use, and collapsing the headset for storage was great.

It's no Hutzler banana slicer, but if you want a solid quality headset, look no further.

I'll definitely recommend if someone just wanted good headset for music or video.

Furthermore, they set me a replacement SX-991, which is the better headset in my opinion.

Great headset, only worry I have is about the thin earbud cords

When I answer calls, my phone shows that I already picked up the call, but the headset is still announcing the incoming phone number.

My problem with this, and every other similar, headset is those 32 gauge wires to the ear buds
