Any manufacture can produce a lemon, it is never fun as a consumer to purchase a lemon, if the company will replace the lemon with a working unit... that is one of the main hallmarks of great customer service

So I have to give them credit for excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, while at the same time the device effortlessly links up, the battery exceeds the advertised duration and the sound is better than expected.

FINAL EDIT: 6-23-2018The company offered and issued a refund for a product I found inferior, promptly and at their own suggestion raising my review to a 3 Star for good customer service.

The sound quality is okay, the battery life is outstanding

The long battery life isn't just hype... it blew my mind.

Easy to pair with my phone, nice sound, good battery life

Good battery life, sound is good, a little too much bass for me, could use a little more treble.

Other than that the battery life is great and the sound is as well

Built really well and cool design but my friends tell me it is not loud enough on their end.

The design is rather bulky, and the folding sides don't really contribute to the overall much to the design.

The headset is nice with convenient access around your neck.

When I answer calls, my phone shows that I already picked up the call, but the headset is still announcing the incoming phone number.

It is a very poor quality headset, much better out there.

I would rather pay more money and have a good quality headset that really work as it should, than the troubles I have had with this cheaper one.

My problem with this, and every other similar, headset is those 32 gauge wires to the ear buds

These headphones seemed to work fine initially - acceptable sound quality and ease of pairing with an iPhone, but had issues with keeping connection when separated even minimally from the source.
