Absolutely ridiculous and a terrible business model to be feeding blatant lies like this

I don't know why they changed, but this current model feels much cheaper than the previous one with the rounded top

I'd prefer a model now with a metal lid/plunger assembly, as I could see this happening again with anything plastic lid

The Bodum press is slightly larger, much easier to clean, and produces excellent coffee with less residue than the cheaper model it replaced.

Settled on this model after buying several pricier models and repeatedly shattering the expensive to replace glass

I don't know about you, but I like a good, full cup O' coffee in the morning, and not some tiny shot
