To change the grind size on the 11750 you twist the clear coffee bean holder at the top rather than trying to force the red dial for size

The first one I purchased had an electrical problem and took forever to grind the beans

It took me about an hour to wash out the clog, clean the crevice around the burr grinder that had a quarter inch of packed coffee in it that soap and water would not remove, by scraping repeatedly with a knife, and then clean out the beans that remained stuck under the burr grinder by scraping with a paper clip.

When it worked it only too about 30 secs to grind the beans and, although I used it every day, 7 days/wk, I wouldn't say that 30 secs of grinding time is that much to expect from the product
