I contacted Bodum and they knew of the design flaw and were unwilling to refund my purchase.

This one design flaw pretty much ruins the experience and im now forced to go bavk to the manual grinder i have.

Just recall the product and fix the design flaw

It grinds the beans exactly as I like them

For example, for french press, some of the grounds are as fine as for Turkish coffee and some of the grounds are as big as 1/6 of a bean.
