    • Since grinding beans just before brewing is the preferred way to make coffee, freshness is guaranteed for all brews
    • Consistent grind.
    • But they are convenient and fast as long as a perfect grind isn't a high priority.

    • That is, we use very fine espresso-grind which requires a longer grind time.
