The item itself is easy to use, but it is definitely a 'at home' coffee grinder and it only grinds enough for about 2 cups of coffee

This item broke after only 3 uses.

Returning the item since it's too unreliable and I can't be bothered to attempt to fix/replace it.

Then I received a bill two weeks later because I did not return my defective item

Between the horrible item quality (mostly the motor/wiring as other buyers have shared in their reviews) and inconsistent Amazon support, would not purchase this item again.

This item is defective-permanently on grind mode, therefore have to unplug

stopped working and we barely used it..., seems like a defective item.

Bodum makes excellent products, and I highly recommend this item if you are looking for a Blade Grinder.
