My only complaints are minor design flaws

The black plastic piece that the rod fits through and which holds the assembly in place, is stripped (this seems to be a major design flaw... not sure how a plastic piece is supposed to stand up to continued high temps - I mean, even car seats expire these days for that reason).

I am used to large mugs of Brown Gold, so this size disappoints as to quantity filling only 75% of one 12 oz mug, which may be OK for you if you add creamer or milk, but I have been taking mine black for nearly a year now

The coffee grounds only need to be coarse ground as to not clog the filter.
