Bought this years ago to make loose leaf teas in

I use this to may my organic loose leaf Green Tea.

the size is perfect! if you drink lots of loose leaf tea or coffee this will reduce your constant preparation time quite a bit

I usually make 24oz of lose leaf tea daily and this makes it so I can make all 24oz at once

I saw that you can use a french press to make loose leaf yerba

Bodum makes excellent French Presses, I wish I had purchased two of these (one for my loose leaf tea and the other for my coffee)!

Use it primarily for loose leaf tea and occasionally for coffee when we have guests

I also use it a lot for brewing loose-leaf tea!

I actually bought another in red one for lose leaf tea and it works perfectly for lose leaf tea!!

I am used to large mugs of Brown Gold, so this size disappoints as to quantity filling only 75% of one 12 oz mug, which may be OK for you if you add creamer or milk, but I have been taking mine black for nearly a year now

It broke as I was putting the handle back over the rim, and did a little damage to me

The coffee grounds only need to be coarse ground as to not clog the filter.

So I’m really confused as to why it is advertised as an 8 cup.
