Downgrading my review to one star as it only lasted 5 months and cracked when pouring hot water into it .

I heard a french press was a good way to get strong, flavorful coffee made quick and this one had very good reviews

I have read very few reviews of people having this issue, so for the $ this is not a bad product, it made it 5 years before completely giving out

I am a pretty level headed person and don't write angry or mean reviews

so I can make my coffee as strong as I like it
