Amazing how much smoother and fuller my morning coffee tastes using this press versus our drip coffeemaker

Great tasting coffee, but useless in less than a month.

Works great makes a nice cup of coffee without that burned coffee taste

I followed the directions (not that making coffee in a French press is rocket science) and have been enjoying great tasting coffee daily

The Bodum is incredibly easy to use and brings out a really smooth taste from coffee.

The Glass, although takes more care, produces such a cleaner taste then the plastic one and paired with my fresh roasted beans from Camano Island Coffee (just the best) and my 178 foot filtered well water, well, the 8 cups is the perfect amount for a one person trading desk ready for those 6 am EMini S&P market opens.

But the taste is better with a press.

It has a richer taste which is probably because of the oils from the coffee beans that remain in the coffee after brewing

If you want rich tasting coffee

Takes more effort from me than pressing a button in the morning but the taste of the coffee is definitely worth it

Easy to use/clean, and makes great tasting coffee.

It is very easy to clean (hand wash only) and the coffee taste much better than when I had a keurig

I am used to large mugs of Brown Gold, so this size disappoints as to quantity filling only 75% of one 12 oz mug, which may be OK for you if you add creamer or milk, but I have been taking mine black for nearly a year now

It broke as I was putting the handle back over the rim, and did a little damage to me

The coffee grounds only need to be coarse ground as to not clog the filter.

So I’m really confused as to why it is advertised as an 8 cup.
