EXCELLENT CUP OF COFFEE

I always boil three 6-ounce cups of water in a pan, add three scoops of coffee, let it simmer slowly for five minutes, and then pour it through a ceramic sieve with a paper filter (size six) into this coffee press.

In addition, essential oils from the coffee beans end up in your cup, not on the paper filter, which makes for a richer cup of coffee

I'm no coffee perfectionist, but this really made an excellent cup.
