I would say that if you are a taller person (I am 5'4 and 125lbs) it may be a bit unstable as it rocks a bit while I am on it.

A bit tricky to put it all together and the instructions supplies were a little `off` at one stage but common sense prevailed and after a short pause, I could see immediately what was wrong and corrected it in a few minutes
