After only little more than a month, it is very discolored on the inside, and even with the recommended cleaning product it returned to the same discoloration in about 2 days

This is hands down one of the best products if you like tea or coffee - being able to have consistent and good control of your water temperature is a must if you take pride in your hot drinks

They're clearly trying to make a neat product, but the execution just isn't worth what they're asking now given its flaws (and I paid $20+ more at the time!)Anyway, now there are way less expensive versions available from other vendors, including some with built-in thermometers even if they aren't programmable

Unfortunately, the product started rusting where the metal meets the plastic base within a few months
