This unit came well packaged, it keeps my tea or coffee hot, I like the choice of low or high temperature, the only thing I am concerned with is the hot, burning smell especially on the high selection

One last thing, since I keep my setting on hi, the warmer is very hot.

The setting Hot keeps your coffee burning hot which is a great thing especially during winter and would also be great to keep soup in a cup at very hot temperature

I just can’t say enough good things about this warmer
