If you are a fan of Skyrim and comedy then you'll love Borderlands

Borderlands is a fun and addictive game with some issues holding it back

Borderlands almost works, but the missions are just too spread out (even more so in the DLC) and the leveling mundane

Borderlands has a cool futuristic-western feel and will appeal to cowboys and trekkies alike...as long as they love mazes:)

I'm writing a review because I am in the minority in saying I found Borderlands to be disappointing

Love Borderlands

Let me start by saying I enjoyed Borderlands when it first came out.

I purchased this title after Borderlands Two came out expressly to enjoy this one before purchasing the second installment

Although the ultimate outcome of the story felt uninspired to me, and the last steps leading up to it were more annoying than challenging and fun, I'm glad I bought Borderlands because it's just fun to sit down and play.

Don't get me wrong this game still is funny, but not quite Borderlands 2 level funny

Borderlands is insanely creative.

Borderlands is one of those games that has so much going for it, but falls short of greatness because of some stupid, needless issues.

While the game does have a few drawbacks, I'm still giving it 5 stars based solely on the fact that Borderlands is a hell of a lot of fun to play, and (in my opinion) the best co-op game out there.

You get the game plus all the expansion packs for a cheap price and if you like Borderlands, then it's definitely worth it

Borderlands 2 came out about a month ago and has even improved upon this

If you're the impatient type who needs all your character's special abilities and the best guns right away, then Borderlands will probably seem like some vague form of torture, and I would tell you to go fire up your N64 to play GoldenEye in cheat mode for the eight millionth time.
