Bose 718840-0010 QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones, Samsung and Android Devices, Black

    • Bass is very strong and sometimes sound of middle range is not very clear because of that
    • Vocals are clear, and the bass is solid
    • The bass is quite good
    • Everything is very clear and the bass is pretty good for earbuds
    • BUT.....these have the typical TriPort muffled sound (exaggerated non-tight bass, almost no highs, decent mids)...which really destroys the listening experience
    • To reiterate, I use these headphones specifically for music, and can honestly say that the bass and the overall clarity are greatly enhanced when compared to previous Bose headphones such as the QuietComfort15
    • and it's so nice that it seem like you can fell the bass.
    • The sound is similar to the Sony MDR-NC33, while the ATH-ANC23's are brighter and the Philips have powerful bass at the expense of highs
    • Vocals are superb and bass is strong and realistic.
    • I love listening to music, and do so constantly, but I rarely have the appreciation for nuances of bass response that can dominate discussions of audio fidelity
    • and it's so nice that it seem like you can fell the bass.
    • Bass is sufficient but not overhyped
    • Nice lows (bass) that I found unexpected from a pair of in-ear headphones
    • Another major pro is that of sound quality, which has increased in the areas of bass output and sound clarity with the QuietComfort 20
    • Bass is not overemphasized and mid-range sounds un-strained
    • OK sound quality: definitely not for the audiophiles out there, the bass is lacking when it comes to rap and hip hop songs but is good on more vocal songs such as rock or pop
    • so i tried a couple other under $100 earbuds with active noise cancellation but found none worked nearly as well as my old over-the-ear qc15's
    • Very comfortable and the noise=reduction capability is a s good as my older Bose over-ear pair.
