I have had the earbuds about a month and they work great....put them in and turn them on, and the plane cabin noise dramatically drops even if I am not playing music...and when I do play music, the sound is just awesome....fabulous product!!

If you want to get an extender, the only 1 I've seen for Bose earbuds/headphones is 20ft (wow!!).Overall I love the product and would buy it again.
