    • Really nice bass for computer speakers!
    • I get enough bass, and most importantly, the sound is clear and "life-like" as stated by

    • Love the bass that comes out of these little speakers.
    • With the singular regret that these speakers don't have any power switch (either on the back or the front), they are fantastic! For such a small form-factor they provide great bass and treble, and provide a nice addition to those with TV's that have an audio output connection
    • Great bass, mids, and treble.

    • The bass is good for what I need.
    • Although they have no sub woofer, they still get good bass tones for speakers of this size.
    • However, it seems plenty of R&D effort and material costs went into producing fine bass for their size, and then they forgot about every other frequency range
    • Best small speakers I have ever heard, clear with good bass.
    • Sound is good but too much bass at times.
    • horrible.... bass

    • A lot of systems have exaggerated bass which tends to make speech seem "muddy" or muffled
    • They sound really good, but a little too much bass, which I improved with my PC equalizer.
    • Based on the great reviews here on amazon I was expecting these to sound much better than they do and have a rich, full sound with good bass

    • However, at louder volumes, the bass is extremely weak while the dynamics seem to drop in quality
    • Bass is really good in this price range.
    • The BASS on this is AMAZING
    • Understandably, they don't have the same intense bass as a Bose surround system, but then that isn't a fair comparison
    • The bass is stronger than I had expected, which is actually what I was trying to avoid, but they sound so
    • The bass is also just fine in my opinion unless your passion is making the room shake or playing dubstep obnoxiously loudly.
    • Very clear and loud but the bass for a Bose was very disappointing.
    • Also has great bass for not havinga detached sub

    • The bass sucks
    • Bass is good on these
    • For music, I would prefer more depth and bass, but those types of speakers cost a lot more
    • Suprisingly good bass response.
    • Great bass and treble and mid-range.
    • I just wish they had enough low-end to satisfy my hunger for strong bass.

    • It doesn't have room-rattling bass, but it is punchy
    • With these I can crank the bass and they work consistently
    • Great highs/mids, like others said, and the bass COULD be louder, but that's a personal preference
    • For $100 bucks (price at the time) these speakers are fantastic, with a wide range that captures clear highs and mids with not overpowering bass, though it's strong enough to not need a subwoofer for my applications, I use these for movies, music and gaming for long periods each day since I bought
    • - Doesn't require a DAC or similar to optimize performance - Great bass without a separate sub
    • Awesome bass, loud if you want, easy to set-up
    • Very muddy sound with WAY too much bass, and very little treble.
    • The highs and lows are crisp, no distortion even at a higher volume, and the bass sounds really well for there not being a separate woofer
    • The sound is not outstanding, the bass is not that good
    • I need something louder)Bass
    • It does amazingly well with low frequencies and has a terrific bass
    • The bass is tremendous, and the highs and mids are crisp and wide
    • Very good sound and great bass despite no subwoofer.
    • Basically their only shortcoming is the super low end bass, but then again, they don't have a sub
    • They have amazing sound quality and can get really loud with great bass
    • The bass is muddy and overpowering, and the highs and mids lack any detail, making anything but instrumental music hard to listen to; watching video is painful because vocals are overwhelmed by bassy background noise.
    • Very nice sound, clear with solid bass.
    • I you want a "bedroom" speaker with decent bass and crisp mids and highs, then get this 2.0 Bose.

    • The bass is so warm, strong, and thumping (just how I like it) and the treble is so crisp
    • Great quality of sound with reasonable bass and very clear

    • They were amazing for their size, had fantastic bass and excellent clarity and volume
    • There's enough bass to give justice to rock, or rap
    • I was going to buy a slightly more expensive set that came with a subwoofer, but they were out of stock (and the bass was muddy anyway
    • Just like my first set, you'll get incredible bass for such small speakers! My first set finally gave up the ghost when the aux speaker jack gave out

    • It has a crisp clear sound with excellent bass notes, I loved it immediately
    • Bass is overpowering and makes the overall sound muddy.
    • I do like a strong bass, but I have some pretty decent headphones for that, and out of courtesy to others it's probably best that I don't have a giant subwoofer as well
    • Nicely fill a large room with decent, quality sound...could use a bit more bass, but Perfect for bedrooms, Rec rooms, etc..
    • All I hear is the stupid mumbly bass, which I wanna punch in the face so it doesn't get in the way
    • For someone who doesn't like crazy bass this is not for you
    • I've read people complainta that there is not enough bass
    • I love r&b, and Ole Lou and Barry come out crystal clear
    • They could be a whole lot better with separate bass and treble controls as well as an on light.
    • They get use for some music playback as well as for some gaming on my Xbox One X.
    • not quite a great as I had hoped for.
    • Can seem a bit muffled when playing at low volume, which improves dramatically as you turn up the volume.
    • The sound is clearer, for me, as good as it will get.
    • My husband especially loves them as he listens to music only on the computer
    • The sound is richer, more crisp, and as clear as if I were really in the game world
    • Bass is obviously not as strong as with a subwoofer, but the best combo of base, mid, and treble I have heard on a stand-alone pair of multimedia speakers of this size.
    • and they still are as great as I got them
    • Excellent A+
    • But I have absolutely no complaints, I've had them for a year and they work as if I bought them yesterday.
