Bose Companion 2 Series III Multimedia Speakers - for PC (with 3.5mm AUX & PC input)

    • It enhances Amazon mp3 music, YouTube videos, and CDs.
    • Music played slow, excessive noise and clicking noises.
    • Moreover, with the Echo Dot you can play your favorite Amazon Music at any time, example
    • They sound pretty average at low volumes, but what I love is that when I increase the volume I don't hear any distortion, music sounds really great that way
    • The Creatives transmit every type of sound well: music, sound effects and people talking in movies, people talking on the radio, etc..
    • With the included sub-woofer unit these speakers produce excellent music textures that in every way live up to the Bose reputation
    • One reviewer had the same complaint that I had - hollow sounding music that just didn't cut it for a Bose product
    • Works very well with my Android phone as background music for my saxophone in a small clubhouse
    • Turns you P C into a reasonable music machine
    • The music quality and clarity when connected directly to the Roku unit is wonderful.
    • Sound details such as voice dialogue, music detail and clarity are nonexistent
    • , I have a home theater system to disturb the neighbors with if I wanted music that loud.
    • Crisp, full sound even at low volumes lets you enjoy good-sounding music without offending your coworkers, but you can definitely crank these up too when working late!
    • If you like music with a strong bassline that you artificially increase, then these aren't for you
    • For the price, couldn't ask for richer music sound.
    • I'm excited to buy more great music now!
    • My uses for this speaker are just for streaming some music while working on the computer and also messing around with my audio collection.
    • I can listen to an audiobook I downloaded on my phone while my PC plays some soft music, or whatever! For that feature alone I am tempted to give it 5 stars; actually, I WILL give it 5 stars with the caveat that this is probably the best sound you can get for under $100 (a little over with tax)
    • Beautiful music an really be enjoyed when using these speakers
    • , the main reason to buy a speaker is to ENJOY music...
    • well music came out but highs
    • If you want clear music that sounds like its coming out of something way bigger, this is for you
    • My music sounds good... netflix sounds fine
    • These speakers sound really great (to me anyway) - I have them on my laptop and when listening to good music they sound truly amazing
    • If you want them to feel your room with punchy big loud music but not being very close on
    • Even set to moderate volume levels, I can hear my music crisp and clear anywhere in my palatial urban mansion.
    • Can plug them up to PC, Laptop, or phone to stream music while working
    • Listening to Pandora through the Roku is some of the best streaming music quality that I have ever experienced.
    • They make your music sound good and they make simple sound (in my case person speaking on a speakerphone with lot of ambient noise) audible
    • All music of every genre sounds fine
    • The whole atmosphere of the room changes when they are on with great music -especially Christmas music during this season! :-)
    • Even with a software equalizer, I can't get the highs or mids anyplace near where they're pleasant to listen to; it's just constant, mushy, headache inducing bass, like listening to loud music through a wall or underwater.
    • I am downsizing my PC speakers from a 5.1 system to regain some desk and floor space since I am not gaming as much anymore on PC, but still wanted something that sounds good for some occasional gaming and to play music while working from home
    • Classical music sounds great on them, and they do a justice to Wagner that some larger speakers seem incapable of.
    • I love tapping into my iPhone library and hear powerful and intricate music beyond my expectations
    • After an hour of loud music the sound gets distorted
    • We bought these speakers for a turntable my wife uses to listen to her preferred music - from our collection of old vinyl - while working at her desk at home
    • My husband uses a Bluetooth, single speaker, and his sound doesn't come close to the great music mine cranks out.
    • Fine for utube videos, but not music.
    • Soon after i installed them, i played some of my favorite music and i was blown away
    • I can hear beautiful, rich-sounding music!
    • I got them to play music while working
    • love the sound, I can work forever with the good music
    • I got them for my grandma so she could enjoy the music on her computer
    • I’m enjoying my iTunes music so much more now that I’ve added these speakers.
    • The sound is not up to the quality of a thousand-dollar system, but these are fine and fill our kitchen with wonderful music
    • These $100 Bose are rich and I never have to turn on the big one whileshe is playing these in our office.....just to enjoy our favorite music
    • sometimes it sounds like I'm hearing my music for the first time
    • The bass is muddy and overpowering, and the highs and mids lack any detail, making anything but instrumental music hard to listen to; watching video is painful because vocals are overwhelmed by bassy background noise.
    • Perfect for my office desk, where I don't need elaborate surround sound but would still like to enjoy some music.
    • I first heard these speakers at a company pot luck, they were plugged into a laptop and were filling the cafeteria with quite decent fidelity music
    • Wow, my music suddenly is on a whole other level that I didn't know I was missing!
    • So happy to write this review as I
