Bose products are usually great, but after less than a year, the connection is so faulty that I have to wiggle the wire it until I get decent sound from both left and right, and then I have to hold it in place.

Way too much $$ for lame connections.

Suddenly I began hearing scratchiness in the right ear, as though there were a dirty connection or a bad cable

For as much money as these cost they can afford to make a better connection.

The AUX connection to the headset sucks big time

The connection is somewhat loose and the line falls out or disconnects with even the slightest head movement

I prefer the wired connection than the wireless version as well as longer battery life time

This new unit uses a standard jack and the slightest stress on the jack causes it to loose connection

It seems to be related to a faulty connection because it tends to happen when I move my head very slightly.

There was a spotty connection and if the cable was touched during use the sound to the right ear would cut out

The right ear phone didn't work, and when I connected them to my iphone and my mac, the connections were not good--on and off.

I assume there is a flaw that causes a bad connection after too many times folding the headphones to pack away.

Sound is excellent, but a loose connection in the headphone jack port causes the right speaker to go in and out.

However after using the headphones for only a few hours, I noticed that the wire jack did not fit securely into the headphones which resulted in a loose connection that often interrupted music and sometimes even the noise-canceling feature

Bucause of the loose Jack connection the sound only works in the right ear then the left ear then both then no sound at all you must constantly move the Jack connection to receive proper sound I tried two sets to make sure factory defect

This pair I thought would fare better with wired connection as a fail-safe, but within about 6 months the right earcup has a faulty connection, outside of warranty of course

Apparently there are very weak connections to the speakers themselves

The slightest movement of your head will compromise this connection and you will lose sound in one or both ear cups

They would not maintain a consistent connection and were very sensitive to movement.

The original version had a great headphone cable that made a solid connection to the headset and was insensitive to strain

Clearly there is a bad connection somewhere.

Also, the connection between the cabke and the jack is pretty flimsy

Now, the connection is secure if I ensure it clicks twice
