    • You would think with a company like Bose with a great reputation and spend $300.00 for a set a QC25 that they would actually last for more than a couple of months?Bought from Bose and called the 800 number and was of no help, wanted me to pay an added $100.00 for them to fix what I have found to be a design flaw with the bad/thin wire used for NC.I have owned many Bose products in the past and was always please with product and service, but seems either the company has gone downhill or I have had the bad luck of three calls to service center in which I was routed to bad service personnel???Maybe a Class Action?Bose what do have to say for yourself?
