    Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones for Apple devices - Black (wired, 3.5mm)

    • Consequently, I expected these headphones to be on par with a revolutionary product like Oxi-Clean® or the Big City Slider Station®.
    • No problem returning them and buying the correct product
    • I would highly recommend this product to anyone

    • the product itself is faulty and the customer service, which initially i thought was great, has failed.and of course, i keep the headphones in the case and just put them in my laptop bag and use them at home and the office.

    • However when I called Bose they were most attentive and seemed to recognize the problem, thank me for being a loyal Bose customer in the past and proceeded to ship me a new set of the same earphones (after returning my defective set).Altogether very pleased although again Bose needs to fix the QA problem with the wiring issues (or whatever the prob is) involving loss of sound in so many of these earphones after a relatively short period of time for such an expensive product.

    • Sound quality is exceptional but you know that you are getting that exceptional product because it is Bose
    • Performance was very nice while they worked, but I can't recommend a premium priced product that fails so quickly, particularly when multiple users appear to be experiencing the same problem.

    • This is my second pair of BOSE noise cancelling earphones that have broken when a battery exploded in the earpiece, leaving the product unusable after the warranty had expired
