the product itself is faulty and the customer service, which initially i thought was great, has failed.and of course, i keep the headphones in the case and just put them in my laptop bag and use them at home and the office.

This product is great specially for people who travel a lot and don't want to hear the annoying noises of loud chatters and babies.

and they standby / support their products.

I'll follow up with how my experience is dealing with customer support to get a replacement cable but 3 days after owning the product leaves my initial impressions marred.

I personally will never ever buy any other Bose product after getting such a bad quality product for such a high price

How can Bose put out such a crappy product for this price?

I am very disappointed that a product this expensive wont last more than 20 months.

Not going to purchase this product again or any other fragile BOSE products unless BOSE responds to my customer complaint and pays to fix this second set of earphones.

I wanted to love this product... and I did, for a moment.

However when I called Bose they were most attentive and seemed to recognize the problem, thank me for being a loyal Bose customer in the past and proceeded to ship me a new set of the same earphones (after returning my defective set).Altogether very pleased although again Bose needs to fix the QA problem with the wiring issues (or whatever the prob is) involving loss of sound in so many of these earphones after a relatively short period of time for such an expensive product.

Great product use them every time I fly which is several times a month

so I chose the famous "brand" to make sure I am getting a quite well quality product

Sound quality is exceptional but you know that you are getting that exceptional product because it is Bose

Performance was very nice while they worked, but I can't recommend a premium priced product that fails so quickly, particularly when multiple users appear to be experiencing the same problem.

This is my second pair of BOSE noise cancelling earphones that have broken when a battery exploded in the earpiece, leaving the product unusable after the warranty had expired

But, it is a Bose - a segment leader with reliable products, so I'd have to think they will be fine
