The reason I bought these is because they are in ear and have adaptive noise cancellation, meaning that they actually let you choose how much of your surroundings you choose to cancel out.

I purchased these because I travel quite a bit for work, and was look for a wireless solution with good noise cancellation

BUT the main reason I purchased them is so that I can appropriately make calls on work when I am at coffee shops and other places where I need to both hear the other person clearly (noise cancellation) and have the other person hear me.

Before, I used Jabra Elite 65T because it has "hear through" feature that allow ambient noise to go thru so I could hear both music and conversation

Also of note, when they broke I contacted Bose and they replaced them for free, no questions asked
