Horrible blue tooth connection

Another situation is when I was in the office, I put my phone on the desk and left to bathroom, where the headphone lost blue tooth connection

But when I tried to again connect to my phone then is getting recognized but not able to create successful connection

With my iPhone in my pocket if I turn my head to one side I start to lose connection and at times lose the connection all together.

This will be the second time I need to return this item as defective, no connection on left ear.

Absolutely unbelievably bad connection consistency.

And lastly, the Bose QC 30 headphones does not maintain connections for phone calls and when it does connect, the party on the other line complains about background noise.

Basically connection was breaking up when I was having a phone in a hand and front of me and just covering it with a palm

The sound sputters and drops as the connection is lost

scratchy and lose connection constantly, noise cancel does not work

Most of the time it works fine, but I do not understand how it can loose connection when the phone is in my hand or jean pocket

The first return was loose connection to the left earbud which caused electrical static noise.

Because bluetooth isn't quite as good as a proper analog connection, they sound nearly as good as the QC20 did, but not quite as good.--ANC Quality:The ANC is as good as the QC20 in my opinion

It has almost no noise cancellation, inferior sound and the connection to my iPhone 7 drops intermittently.

After a few months of use and properly storing in the case when not in use, the left ear wire breakdown and begins to have a loose connection.

BluTooth range is 3-5 feet for consistent connection, beyond 5 feet it's hit and miss

The problem isn't due to a poor connection either, since the QC30 is less than two feet away from the Bluetooth dongle

I find Bluetooth not as reliable as a wired connection.

The device will loose connection as soon as you loose direct sight with it

Also it seems to loose connection when device is within 10ft

They constantly lose the Bluetooth connection with the slightest movement of MY head while walking the track

Too close to have a reliable connection anyways so makes sense

The bluetooth connection is solid with my iPhone 7 Plus but finicky with my iPhone 6s and LG G5.I would have returned these headphones if I was only going to be using them with my 6s or LG G5 because the wireless connection is weak and cuts and clips sometimes when the phone is in my front pocket, but this happens very frequently when the phone is in my back pocket

I have not had a single occurance where I lost blue tooth connection ( I have an iPhone

-Turns and twist while doing normal house and yard work-loses connection when head

BT connection has been pretty solid in terms of signal to my iPhone 7.

But they seem to lose connection occasionally and sometimes my music pauses out of

When they hang, they slightly pull the wire out of it's housing that sits on your neck, and over time the connection becomes unstable and then you get that wonderful static noise

They connected to my iphone 7 seamlessly and hold the connection very well.

These headphones paired seamlessly with my Samsung S7 Edge and the connection is strong, letting me wander from my phone a good amount of distance

The connection stays solid around my home except when walls come in between

There is no direct cable connection available as a backup

Before, I used Jabra Elite 65T because it has "hear through" feature that allow ambient noise to go thru so I could hear both music and conversation

Also of note, when they broke I contacted Bose and they replaced them for free, no questions asked
