I did find a nice little feature in the app that allows you to adjust noise cancelling amount on the fly depending on your surrounding environment, I tested the QC30’s with various Apple products using different iOS versions and everywhere from very quiet to extremely noisy environments and had absolutely no issues whatsoever

However, these great features will only last you a couple of months before you have to shell out more money to enjoy them again

This feature is totally not useful; I don't know a situation where you want to have some noise cancellation but not total noise cancellation

Overall there are lots of great features and performance in these little things but for a product from a company like Boss and the price point they reside in, there should not be so many basic flaws

These headphones have some very good features, but those advantages are counteracted by some issues

The other function of the neck band is storing the batteries, the most impressive part being the battery life, considering the noise cancelling feature I expected a lower battery life but to my surprise the battery lasted around 9 hours before requiring a recharge; very appealing for travel and everyday use

The app that Bose offers as a couple of neat features that let you control the level of noise canceling, volume, monitor charge, change settings for sleep time, and even transition the headphones from one device to another seamlessly.

and I forgot that these were turned on)-Comfort - these comfortably sit around your neck and have a very pleasant ergonomic design, I've regularly been wearing these and have forgotten that I'm wearing them-Carrying case - it has some extra space and a nice pocket to fit in extras (like a small power bank)-Noise canceling in a neckband is a great feature.

One of the nicest features is having them pair with two devices at the same time (in my case an iPhone and an iPad), which makes it easy to listen to an audio book or podcast on the phone, then switch to the iPad for movies or other video without reconnecting to a different device

However, after 1 week with them I have learned to "live" with this problem, while gaining a greater appreciation for all the other excellent features and design of these headphones.

Look somewhere else until Bose comes out with a Version 2 or even 3 when they finally get these right and use the same "Quiet Comfort" feature they use in the amazing Bose QC 35 headphones.

It does have some nice features in battery percentage, and ability to manage connected devices

I also love the feature that you can pair with many different devices and they are smart enough to switch to the active one.

That was a nice feature for the Samsung Gear

The best part of these headphones is that you can adjust the noise canceling feature to whatever environment you are in, high to block out the outside or low to have a conversation while listening to music.

I purchased the QC 30 from my local Bose store a few days ago and have already been using them during my daily commutes on the DC Metro as well as in the office (where I sit in a cube farm next to some loud salespeople on the phones all day).

These earbuds cancel the noise but not as good as an over the ear headset.
