One problem has been the headphones lose their charge, even if not being used within days.

The only real problem: the Bluetooth connection is less stable, than on the QC35 (which I have as well), which seems to have to do with how how it moves around while wearing it, plus it seems to have a shorter range.

Great earphones, no problems with sound, noise canceling or battery.

The C-shaped collar, or whatever it's called, presented an unexpected problem: over a period of time--say, 30 minutes--the collar would begin to twist around, pulling the ear buds out of my ears.

First problem is that I would like to use them as my daily headphones, but they are way too expensive to treat like that
