A retractable wire design would make this a truly great product.

If other manufacturers have a solution for this, then why the heck didn't Bose think of this?I really wanted to like this product, but in the end there were too many engineering flaws

I'm willing to spend for good audio products.

Bought my QC30 directly via the manufacturer's website (because of the 30-day return policy).Even though I like it, I will return it as the product seems unfinished / not up to "premium" price standards

As a Bose fan, I expect a lot but the product is somewhat disappoint

The sound is not as good as the equivalent wired product, and there is an annoying amount of bluetooth dropout when listening to music or watching a video

I really enjoy this product and won't be able to back to a wired headphones

But I thought to myself that Bose is a reputable brand and the product would either perform well or the company would back their warranty

They do not stay in place very well during physical activity and the neck band is very bulky and uncomfortable compared to others of similar design, the bulk of the weight is at the lower portion of the band on each side which is fine as long as you aren't moving your head around, as soon as you do turn your head the weight holds them down and off center as you turn your head back and forth, I was constantly having to reach up and adjust the band which I found to be very irritating especially from a set or ear buds with a $300 price tag, I don't mind paying good money for a product as long as it lives up to it's standards which I don't feel these do at all, you can spend even less than half the money and have a much more user friendly and practical product that works much better with physical activity.

As soon as they receive my defective product they are supposedly sending me a brand new device to receive after another 7-10 business days since I am still within the 1 year warranty

Frankly, I'm disgusted that Bose created such an unreliable product.

Otherwise, I am happy with the new Bose headphones as well as Chris plus The Product and Technical Support Team

For that much money, I expected a better product than that

The two things I would ding this product on, though, are the fact that the microphone doesn't have the same noise cancellation that the headphones do (so if I'm on a call in a noisy environment, I can't hear the noise, but everyone else can), and once in a while the audio becomes garbled on phone calls

I have been using Bose headphones and speakers for the last 25 years, and all other products have been outstanding

I'm now 6 months since purchase with a disintegrating product

After more 20 years using Bose expensive products I would have preferred a professional solution to the issue but business decisions ( or sloppiness) are what they are

The problem is this product , while excellent in cancelling ambient sound, is useless because its microphone AMPLIFIES ambient sound, and makes it impossible for other participants in a conference call to hear ones own voice

For bike riding, this product is NOT great as wind noise is unbearable.
