    • No static, good call quality, etc
    • The noise cancelling was awesome and the sound quality was great.
    • For #1 (bad call quality) it's a non-issue for me primarily because I never use headphones while talking on the phone
    • However, should you want to make a phone call, the microphone is of such terrible quality as to be mostly unusable
    • Sound quality isn't bad either
    • DO NOT BUY THIS HEADPHONES!!!Bad material quality
    • The build quality feels good

    • said the quality is better than the other bluetooth headsets I've tried, though not as good as my car speakerphone
    • The biggest disappointment is the quality of the microphone.
    • Neutral: sound quality from audio source was okay, but not worth the $300, in my mind
    • Despite all that, I forget that I have my headphones are on and can't believe such good quality sound comes from something so light
    • I think I am going to keep these because of the excellent sound quality and good noise cancellation
    • The sound quality for listening to music great, ear peice comfortable, charging time is great and quick & the app is good, but that’s not good enough

    • The sound quality is the richest I've heard in open ear headphones
    • First, the sound quality is good, but I personally think the QC 20 has superior sound quality which is likely due to being wired versus a Bluetooth connection for the QC 30.

    • Amazing noise cancellation, comfortable for hours, decent sound quality.
    • The sound quality is great, but not exceptional

    • The Bose QuietControl 30 has good noise cancellation and decent audio quality for listening to music, but the overall usability is poor
    • Sound quality is good with the exception of bluetooth hiccups that have no rhyme or reason
    • Bose may have good sound quality, but the engineering, design and materials used do not last
    • Second, regarding the call quality
    • The sound quality isn’t half bad

    • Sound quality is great...but it is in the Powerbeats as well
    • This is contradictory but I loved the sound quality but hated the mic capabilities of the headset as the mic pickup was poor at best with many dropouts and voice being clipped
    • The build quality is not that great though.
    • -When the noise cancellation control is turned down, it does not act as a mere passive (physical) noise blocking earphone, it rather includes feedback from the external microphone into the earphones and ends up amplifying surrounding noises (even more than it amplifies surrounding voices).-phone calles very poor quality and the other party hardly can hear me (very noise) even sometimes can't hear me at all!!!I was addicted to this brand bur now!!!!!HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!i sent to

    • Noise Cancelling: great, at least on par with QC20.Connection quality (with phone): spotty

    • The sound quality, when you can get them to work, is okay, but nowhere near good enough to justify a $250 price tag
    • This is contradictory but I loved the sound quality but hated the mic capabilities of the headset as the mic pickup was poor at best with many dropouts and voice being clipped
    • The build quality for these earbuds is extremely good
    • The microphone quality as well as the way the ANC drops when initiating any interaction with the mic is so bothersome, I ended up taking it back

    • The sound quality is excellent
    • said the quality is better than the other bluetooth headsets I've tried, though not as good as my car speakerphone

    • The sound quality for listening using this set is fine
    • The main issue with these headphones is that the sound quality to the person on the other end of the phone when talking to them is terrible.
    • noise cancellations gets disrupted and voice quality becomes very poor where you can almost not be Able to complete a short phone call because the voice of the person on the other line is so far away
    • Perfect to use with your phone, great quality of sound.
    • (hence: Bose), I would certainly be bothered by a significant quality drop from the QC 20s.

    • Really but really really bad quality
    • AUDIO EXPERIENCEI use Google Play for music, as it's pretty good MP3 320kbps quality
    • The mic quality is so bad that it picks noise from the surrounding and amplifies it when on a call
    • The sound quality is fine (perhaps even good) for the environment I'm in
    • The sound quality is just fine, although the noise cancelling seems to reduce the crispness a little, a small price to pay for quiet.
    • When NC is turned up all the way, the mic quality for the other party to hear you on the other end is poor
    • Unbelievable sound quality, comfortable fit..
    • Both sound quality and NC are good with mine, the only problem is the battery went from 60% to dead within one hour, this has happened twice since I got it from last week
    • Sadly (in my opinion) the sound quality was nowhere near good enough to make this worth how much it costs

    • First the good: The sound quality is excellent
    • and I did not particularly like the sound quality

    • Good sound quality, but super clunky
    • The built quality is horrid.

    • I purchased the QC 30 from my local Bose store a few days ago and have already been using them during my daily commutes on the DC Metro as well as in the office (where I sit in a cube farm next to some loud salespeople on the phones all day).
    • These earbuds cancel the noise but not as good as an over the ear headset.
    • You will see some examples in my video of that as well as in a store and road noise
    • As others have noted, the noise cancellation is not as good as with the Quiet Comfort 35 - which I would use more often if they weren't also earmuffs.
    • Guess I can just switch to the phone for my limited voice call use (or maybe Bose will issue a
    • I like this a lot as you don't have to take off the headphones and then put back on--you can just detach the earbuds and let 'em dangle until you need to stick 'em in your ear again
    • I travel and these are as good as
    • Also of note, when they broke I contacted Bose and they replaced them for free, no questions asked
    • Before, I used Jabra Elite 65T because it has "hear through" feature that allow ambient noise to go thru so I could hear both music and conversation
