Defects like this are a bit disappointing from a relatively mature (second edition) product from a name like Bose

I found this product basically by accident and was really impressed with the sound quality.

Bose has great products, but this "ain't" one of them.

Definitely would NOT recommend this product...suggest you keep looking!!!!!
