Recommend you order a compatible 6’ charging cord

At first I was having issues with the bug that people had talked about with it no charging or powering up.

So the speaker will cut out suddenly in the middle of a song and need to be plugged in for 3-5 minutes before it has enough charge to start playing again

I was initially happy I bought this product, but it rarely holds a charge and dies after a few hours of use on a full charge

When it did charge, the battery life was very limited.

I had the original Bose speaker and just before the one year warranty expired it stopped charging

This speaker is great, the only thing is it seems to lose charge even when it is supposedly off

You can also use it while its charging, that's nice

If the battery starts losing the charge as fast as my previous version of this speaker, it will need to be plugged in all the time to be useful

Holds a charge good, connects to multiple devices at one time

But one morning it suddenly lost all charge, would not recharge or respond to on/off anything

This has the worst charge ever

Re-set the processor per rep's instructions and topped off the battery charge

Terrible charging life and sound is not good juatmoutside my front door

The product stopped charging after about 6 months, so it no longer works.

I have had no issues and it holds a charge just like when it was new.

But some reason I had always have problem charging device from the day one

I disagree because the power connects on the side so the cord is obtrusive when it's charging - really ugly

Terrific big sound, charges and holds a charge.

Battery time great-pushing most of the day, quality- as good as you get from that size speaker.
