I've tried a lot of $100 sport earbuds for running--V-Moda, Sennheiser, YurBuds, etc--and they all suffer from the same flaws--excessive cable or foot-strike noise, uncomfortable, and don't stay in the ear

I was, however, generally careful not to tug on the set or stress the cables excessively.

The cable gets mangled and twisted seemingly out of nowhere and the right earbus has gone out on me on two different pairs

I'm gonna try to hack the cables and substitute them with another stronger wire

They're very good headphones, comfortable, good sound quality, cables dont get tangled and have used them for over a year and a half

Now, I see other reviews of the same issue which seems to be coming from a faulty cable at the insertion jack.
