The system is unobtrusive as well.

From my perspective, I think the hardware is top-notch, but the software and manual could still use some tweaking, and I feel like some basic functionality buttons on the controller would make this a darn-near perfect system

So the many problems in a poorly designed system seem to overburden the support service - and it is more than likely they can't really fix anything and will say it has to do with problems (interference, wifi, other systems, etc) of yours.

Sad because it's an awesome system

Its stupid that you have to cheat the system in order to get a nice deep bass out of it.

Bose certainly lives up to its reputation, and I would HIGHLY recommend this system for anyone in the market.

It is almost unexpected when we watch a movie or game and the sound that is put forth is such high quality without the obvious speakers all over like most systems require.

I have several Bose products, including one VERY EXPENSIVE Home Theater system which now I'm left with no way to access its features

Though the sound seems satisfactory, a big part of me regret buying this system

I never wanted a sound bar, but after being in the market for a decent surround sound system for a few months, liking Bose but not wanting to spend $3500 on a full system, I went to a Bose outlet, I didn't see a huge enough difference from this system to the $3500 7.1 they offer

and now I can listen to my playlists and iHeart Radio on this great sound system !!

Otherwise, this has been a great system so far.

This system is surprisingly clear and fills the room with only two speakers

If you'd asked me whether I thought a good home theater sound system was worth it a month ago, I probably would have said no....because I had no idea what I've been missing out on all this time
