I typically love Bose products but these get my anxiety going because any time I go to them them on, I know to expect some kind of issue.

Really like this product but the wifi cuts in and out.

I have owned a Bose Wave machine for years, have enjoyed it immensely, and find this new sound streamer to be a very compatible product in sound quality and ease of use

Bose is simply the best quality product for the money.

Unless and until these issues are corrected I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

After being a fan for years, I have lost faith that Bose can produce user-friendly tech products like Apple, Google, Sonos and others.

I've long wondered how Bose lucked into having a good reputation -- this isn't the first time I've owned a totally disappointing product of theirs.

Bose loves to taut itself as a company of innovation and a premium product and certainly in terms of audio that is the case, not so much with features of their products

I cannot recommend the Bose Sound Touch products to anybody - Bose is obviously not capable of terms of software and operating system implementation and as a result - these products are unreliable, faulty, problematic.

I suspect that SoundTouch can’t “reach inside” Pandora, or iTunes, to individually make playlists selectable to its presets… if it COULD, that’d be cool
