I would not recommend them for any kind of activity where you are in motion much; they rub on your neck and can feel heavy/clunky after a time

I thought the weight would bother me as I have mild, chronic neck pain, but I’ve found with a slight shift most of the weight is on my shoulders

If you wear a hoodie, or have good neck support in your chair or car seat back, this may not be an issue as you can lean back and let the cushion do the pushin, keeping them easily in place
