I can't get mine to work for more that about 15' and the sound quality is good not great which is what I expected from Bose

Sound quality is excellent without the buzz I have experienced when hooking up some other bluetooth devices to my ancient receiver (hooked up through RCA cables).It comes with optical, AUX and RCA (plugs into AUX) cables which makes it useful for many devices

In my quest for streaming music I have tried several Bluetooth receivers and this Bose has the best audio quality of anything I have tried.

I love the sound quality of my B&W A7 wireless speaker.... however the airplay implementation is not the best and sound most of the time drops (improved now with our home mesh wifi by eero), and the B&W doesn’t have any inbuilt presets for radio stations or playing from Tidal or Spotify... so you always need to use airplay.... until now

The older models of Bose equipment do not have the recommended optical jack which I guess would provide better sound quality.

As I said, now that the Bose “puck” is networked to BOTH my wifi as well as via Bluetooth, I can choose either one, however wifi is hands down better.
