Not the best and not the worst, but if it’s good enough for just about every famous guitar virtuoso since the early 80’s, then it’s good enough for me

The distortion is flexible and you get more the louder your guitar is turned up, back your guitar down and the sound cleans up nicely

It may be useful for some lead guitar, but the sound is very 'fizzy' and thin sounding- not a rich, complex tone by any means

If you want to have a REAL good time playing with your band, this pedal will make you sound like Kurt Cobain's crappy distorted guitar

I use the orange micro dark as clean as I can get it, and set the volume and shape knobs accordingly

Physically, the pedal is a tank, I don't think they can be killed as I let my 16 year old use
