Just peel off the of the 3MVHB on the sides and press this firmly on to any sides of the shelf tables, ensure you clean this surface off any dust before installing and you are done

It is important to properly clean the mounting surface with IPA, or similar, to ensure the best adhesion

My desk/table is thick enough for screws but the surface is a little rough for the adhesive to make it stick.

Just now, as a test I grasped the hangar with one hand and was able to shake my entire desk (which is quite heavy) if adhered properly to a clean surface, the 3M adhesive tape is quite capable of sustaining some very hard knocks without failing.

Be sure to attach to a clean surface.

The coating is fairly slick, but with enough surface that things won't slip if it's put on it - kind of very lightly pebbled coating.

I recommend wiping down the surface that you are attaching it to with some isopropyl alcohol to ensure that the surface is clean and wipe away and dirt, dust, or grime

and if installed to a clean smooth surface with an added touch of a little force to create a seal, this product will not disappoint.

Also, make sure that the surface is mostly smooth and flat

They are attached to a suitable surface with a strong 3M adhesive

And you do want to clean the surface before you attach these, but if you do, they seem to achieve a level of binding strength that could only be improved by literally welding the product to my desk

I attached it to a clean, smooth surface, and within a month it has fallen off

Find an appropriate smooth surface (preferably one that faces down), ensure it's relatively clean, remove the 3M protective layer, and press the Brainwavz Truss in place with a bit of pressure
