This product is completely useless to me.

Product worked fine but braun is useless in providing replacement parts.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product was so frustrating I felt the need to join the chorus to warn folks off of it!

Besides that the product is very durable and I love that coffee grinds aren't all over the counter when I finish.

Personally, I feel that a product such as this should have a telephone number to call for help.
